Hudson Holiday Boutique 2011
The 2011 Hudson Holiday Boutique was held on Saturday, December 3 from 9AM to 4 PM at Hudson High School: 1501 Vine Street, Hudson Wisconsin. The boutique/craft sale is a fund raising partnership between Youth Action Hudson and St. Croix County Youth Court.
This is one of the largest craft sales in the area, this year we had over 100 artists/crafters participate and over 2000 shoppers. Our goal is to establish the craft sale as a yearly community event, and continually enhance the experience for customers and participants. Last year's event included a collection drive for the local food shelf, and the Salvation Army, there were concessions, chair massages, the Hudson High School Swing Choir provided entertainment, and the Hudson Police Department shared information about programs and opportunities with community members.
On behalf of Youth Court and Youth Action Hudson, thank you for your help with making this year's craft sale a success. We received great feedback from both crafters and shoppers. We'll be asking for volunteers again to help with set up on the afternoon on December 2nd and volunteers to help throughout the day on December 3rd next year. More information about specific volunteer roles will be available closer to the event.
