I would like to introduce our two student leaders for Peer-to-Peer this year, Leisha Cory and Bella Romanoski.
My name is Leisha Cory, I'm currently a senior at Hudson High
School. I have been a part of Peer to Peer since my freshman year. I got involved with Youth Action Hudson after they gave a presentation to my 8th grade class. I thought what they did was interesting, and it was a great opportunity to do things for my community and meet new people. My plans after high school
are to attend the University of Winona State in Winona, Minnesota. I will be majoring in Special Education. In my free time I like to spend time with family and friends. I am an avid golfer and love to spend time with little kids. Therefore, I volunteer my time with them anytime I can.
Hello my name is Bella Romanoski and I'm a senior at Hudson High School. I first got involved with Peer-to-Peer as a freshman, and absolutely loved the program which brings me back for the fourth year this fall. “We thought it would be a fun way to do a great service for young elementary kids and to hopefully make a difference in how they treat their peers.” In the future I hope to study Nursing at St. Catherine University or the College of St. Scholastica. I love being around people and helping them feel better. I enjoy spending time with friends, fishing, and doing a bit of shopping now and then.
